Before your appointment

  • Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy: Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a booking fee of 50% of your scheduled service.

  • If you plan on calling in to book, be prepared to put a credit/debit card on file per our cancellation policy.

  • Please inform us if you have any allergies to product or materials.

  • Please inform us if you have particularly thick, extra curly, or long hair so we can allot more time.

  • Plan on bringing any touch-up makeup for after your appointment as our service process may disturb it.

  • Last minute changes to your appointment may not be able to be accommodated due to time constraints and allotments.

During your appointment

  • Check in at the front desk, they will help you prepare for your appointment by taking your jacket, helping you into a smock, and directing you to the facilities if you need.

  • If you would like a beverage (coffee, water, soda, wine), let us know and we can have it ready for you after your shampoo service.

  • Be sure to pre-book your next appointment, we can also set up recurring dates and times for your convenience!
