Before your appointment
Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy: Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a booking fee of 50% of your scheduled service.
If you plan on calling in to book, be prepared to put a credit/debit card on file per our cancellation policy.
Please inform us if you have any allergies to product or materials.
Please inform us if you have particularly thick, extra curly, or long hair so we can allot more time.
Plan on bringing any touch-up makeup for after your appointment as our service process may disturb it.
Last minute changes to your appointment may not be able to be accommodated due to time constraints and allotments.
During your appointment
Check in at the front desk, they will help you prepare for your appointment by taking your jacket, helping you into a smock, and directing you to the facilities if you need.
If you would like a beverage (coffee, water, soda, wine), let us know and we can have it ready for you after your shampoo service.
Be sure to pre-book your next appointment, we can also set up recurring dates and times for your convenience!
